We stayed at Stephen C Foster in one of the cottages. Usually, I camp and the campground is outstanding but we decided to try it this way this time. The cabin was $150/night and is equipped with dishes, linens, cable tv, and enough sleeping space for 8 people if you sleep two to a bed or 4 people if you sleep solo. About Stephen C. Foster State Park

We stayed at Stephen C Foster in one of the cottages. Usually, I camp and the campground is outstanding but we decided to try it this way this time. The cabin was $150/night and is equipped with dishes, linens, cable tv, and enough sleeping space for 8 people if you sleep two to a bed or 4 people if you sleep solo. The star of the show was the screened in porch. Beautiful area with tons of wildlife and very flat roads for biking. We did the 90 minute guided boat tour which was fun. A guy on the boat asked where was the best place to eat around here which made us and the guide laugh since there are no stores or restaurants within an hour of the park. If you come, bring everything you will need, including bug spray. We saw deer, raccoons, a gray fox, a bobcat, and lots of snakes, lizards, frogs, and gators. Everyone was super nice.
