We have stayed there twice now this summer. First time was great because they had just opened up and it wasn�t crowded. But last weekend was packed! Something came up and we needed to cancel our Sunday night stay so I contacted Roger by phone message and email on Friday about the cancellation because I could not see how to do it online. No response so I wrote again on Saturday. Still no response.
